Ben Whishaw - who has played gadgets guru Q in recent 007 movies - would love to see a gay actor play James Bond.

Speaking to Attitude magazine, he said: "God, can you imagine? I mean, it would be quite an extraordinary thing. Of course I would like to see that."

Although the 'Paddington' star conceded that there "aren't many out gay British actors", he did suggest Jonathan Bailey and Luke Evans as "ideal" names for the role.
