Whirlwind marriages

In January 2004, Britney married her childhood friend Jason Allen Alexander in in Las Vegas but sadly it wasn’t meant to be as the marriage was annulled 55 hours later after a court petition declared Britney “lacked understanding of her actions”.

This didn’t put Britney off the journey to find true love though, as just a few months later she married dancer Kevin Federline after a six week engagement. Britney and Kevin showcased the beginnings of their blossoming romance on a reality show, something Britney later referred to as “the worst thing I’ve done in my career”.
