Jamie Lee Curtis
It could be argued that the most iconic Scream Queen in cinematic history is Jamie Lee Curtis who followed in her mother Janet Leigh's horror footsteps.
Jamie, 65, made her movie debut in Wes Craven's 1978 slasher classic 'Halloween' as babysitter Laurie Strode who has to escape the murderous clutches of escaped mental patient Michael Myers.
She cemented her Scream Queen status with roles in 'The Fog', 'Prom Night' and 'Terror Train'.
Jamie appeared in numerous 'Halloween' sequels and returned to her most famous horror role as Laurie in David Gordon Green's 'Halloween' sequel trilogy.
