Carrie Fisher
Carrie Fisher played Princess Leia in ‘Star Wars’, a role which defined her career.
She reprised her role as the fan favorite character in Disney's three sequels, but tragically died of a sudden cardiac arrest in 2016, aged 60, just four days after experiencing a medical emergency during a transatlantic flight from London to Los Angeles.
One of her final films, ‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi’ was released in 2017 and is dedicated to her.
Fisher appeared in ‘Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker’ through the use of unreleased footage from ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens' and a CGI likeness of her as Leia was also used in prequel spin-off 'Rogue One'.
