The Las Vegas trip was cut from the film

The original script saw the women actually make it to Las Vegas and have a bachelorette party.

However, the scenes were removed after the release of ‘The Hangover’ as producer Judd Apatow thought that movie was the best iteration of Vegas seen on screen.

He believed it was best to cut the Vegas scenes out of the script, which gave the cast time to improvise the plane scene, which ultimately means they don't make it to Vegas, and make it much longer.
