The four-time National Award winner highlighted her diverse roles, mentioning her portrayal of characters from various regions like the South in films such as "Thalaivii" and "Chandramukhi 2," Delhi in "Queen" and "Tanu Weds Manu," and Haryana in "Tanu Weds Manu Returns."
She also emphasized her portrayal of the freedom fighter Rani Lakshmibai in her directorial debut "Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi."
Kangana said: "This country has given me so much, I feel deeply responsible to give back.
"I have always been more of a nationalist and that image has taken over even my very glorious acting career. I do have the awareness that I am deeply loved and appreciated."
