The Hollywood actress had the trip of a lifetime when she visited Cambodia in early 2000 as it left a long lasting impression on her whilst she filmed ‘Lara Croft Tomb Raider’ there.

Not only did Angelia adopt her eldest son Maddox, 22, from an orphanage in Cambodia, she’s also adopted the Cambodian way of life by eating the country's cuisine. As well as claiming she eats crickets, during a 2017 visit to the South East Asian country Angelia was filmed eating tarantulas and scorpions.

She said: "Crickets, you start with crickets. Crickets and a beer and then you kind of move up to tarantulas."
