Tom Cruise decided to homeschool his kids due to his busy schedule but mostly because of his religious beliefs.

The actor is a member of the Church of Scientology, which isn't supported by formal education.

Cruise homeschooled Isabella and Connor, the children he shares with actress Nicole Kidman, as well as Suri who she shares with Katie Holmes.

They were taught by their aunt and by a private tutor, respectively.
