Noel Gallagher insults Michel Hutchence
The Oasis rocker called the late INXS frontman and his bandmates "has-beens" when he presented the 'Wonderwall' group with a prize at the 1996 ceremony.
Noel quipped that “has-beens shouldn’t present awards to gonna-be’s."
