The veteran broadcaster hasn't appeared on TV for years, and her care team recently confirmed that Wendy has been diagnosed with primary progressive aphasia and frontotemporal dementia. The talk-show host was diagnosed with with the conditions in 2023, and according to her team, the issues have "already presented significant hurdles in Wendy's life".
