Annie Lennox calls for 'ceasefire'

Also during the In Memoriam segment Annie Lennox took to the stage to honor Sinead O'Connor - who died last July aged 56 - with a cover of her hit single 'Nothing Compares 2 U' before making a call for peace between Israel and Hamas.

She said: "Artists for ceasefire — peace in the world.”
