Starring Mahershala Ali as the vampire-slayer, the movie is set to explore the darker side of the MCU, as terrifying and spooky new villains emerge to wreck havoc.

Unfortunately, the project had fallen into a development limbo, with a handful of directors leaving as a result of creative differences, meaning significant progress couldn’t be being made.

Luckily, it seems that Yann Demange has signed on to the movie, and so the project can finally movie ahead.

If the film keeps to its schedule, ‘Blade’ should release on 17 November 2025.
