The 54-year-old superstar - who is hitched to Ben Affleck, 51, and has 15-year-old twins Emme and Max with her ex-husband Marc Anthony, 55 -wishes she could go back in time to tell herself to fall in “love” with who she is.

J.Lo said: "I’d tell myself to love myself because when we love ourselves we make good choices. When we don’t, we are not focused and we make bad choices. I learned that lesson the hard way.”
