'The Little Mermaid' star - who has Vivian, 16, and Georgette, 13, with Ben Falcone, 50 - wishes the child version of herself could stop being concerned with others opinions as they “won’t matter” when you're grown up.

The 53-year-old actress told PEOPLE magazine: “If I could go back in time and tell my 10-year-old self anything, I would tell her: Don’t worry about what other people think, or about whether you’re doing what they think is the right thing. The things you worry about now, they mostly won’t matter. So just follow your heart. I would tell my 16-year-old self, in a few years, you’re going to go nuts, just be nicer to your mom and dad when you do.”
