Another former Red Lobster employee is Chris Rock.

Speaking with Jay Leno, the 58-year-old comedian revealed that he used to eat the scraps from customers' plates, and joked about the fact he could never afford to buy the food he was serving.

He said: “The thing about Red Lobster is that if you work there, you can’t afford to eat there. You’re making minimum wage. A shrimp costs minimum wage. I cleaned up after the kids. Kids don’t eat. I used to zero in on a kid. ‘Don’t touch that scallop. Please don’t touch that scallop.’”
