It took more than five days to film the baseball scene

Director Catherine described the baseball scene as a “challenge” and revealed it took a long time to film because they required the correct stormy conditions because it was the only time that vampires could partake in the popular American sport.

She dubbed the rehearsal a “hilarious baseball training camp” due to the lack of ball skills displayed by Nikki Reed, 35, and Ashley Greene, 36.

She told GQ: “That was a bonding experience for the crew and for the cast.”
