The comedian and TV host sarcastically poked fun at the historical origins of the holiday on 'The Daily Show with Jon Stewart'.

In 2014, he said: "I celebrated Thanksgiving in an old-fashioned way.

"I invited everyone in my neighborhood to my house, we had an enormous feast and then I killed them and took their land."
