The late ‘Friends’ star - who passed away last month at the age 54 - confessed that he was unable to remember three years of filming on the hit comedy show because he was in the depths of drug and alcohol addiction.

Quizzed on his favourite episode, he told BBC Radio 2: "I think the answer is I don't remember three years of it. So none of those... somewhere between season 3 and 6.

"A little bit of the time, I was a little out of it, yeah."
