The 93-year-old businessman still lives in his Nebraska home he bought in 1958 for $31,500, which is worth less than 0.001% of his fortune.

He also doesn’t bother purchasing flashy cars, with his latest vehicle, a 2014 Cadillac XTS, being sold at auction for $120,000, which was $100,000 more than its Blue Book value.
