'I spent my childhood racing motorbikes!'

Miranda Kerr was born to 17-year-old Therese and her husband John on April 20, 1983 in Sydney but she and her brother were raised in in Gunnedah, New South Wales. She described her early life as "very grounding" and remembered that she "raced motorbikes and rode horses on her grandmother's farm" before her family relocated to Brisbane, Queensland, when she was in her early teens so she could experience city life.
