The Ellen DeGeneres Show's Sophia Grace Brownlee, 23, reveals gender of third child
The Ellen DeGeneres Show star Sophia Grace Brownlee announced in June that she is expecting her third child at the age of 23.
Influencer Sophia Grace Brownlee is expecting a girl - her third child at the age of 23.
The star - who shot to fame in 2011 after she and her cousin, Rosie McClelland, sang 43-year-old rapper Nicki Minaj's Super Bass on The Ellen DeGeneres Show aged eight and five, respectively - shared her unborn baby's sex in a cute gender reveal video posted on Instagram on July 31.
In the black-and-white clip, filmed outdoors, Sophia carried her daughter Athena, 18 months, while her son River, three, was handed a bunch of blue or pink flowers.
As the tot gave them to his mom - who has never publicly identified the dad of her children - the video switched to colour, and she exclaimed: "It's a girl! Again!"
At the end of the video, a message from Sophia appeared on the screen that read: "I am so happy to finally share the gender of baby 3 with you guys. It has been super hard to keep it a secret all this time! (sic)"
Many of her fans flooded the post's comments section with congratulatory messages, as one penned: "OMG yayyyy!!!! I’m so excited for Athena to have a little sister. And they are such lucky girls to have a wonderful older brother to protect them (sic)."
A second supporter typed: "Yayyy!!! I was right. I'm so glad it's another girl. Congrats!!! (sic)"
And a third follower wrote: "Congratulations, Sophia Grace. Your children are beautiful! (sic)"
In June, Sophia revealed she was pregnant with her third child with an adorable video posted on Instagram.
The internet personality could be seen sitting on the grass in a garden as she showed River and Athena the sonogram.
The entertainer captioned the post: "We are so excited to meet you."
Sophia was 19 when she welcomed River into the world in March 2023.
Appearing on a February episode of Ami Charlize's Private Story podcast, the singer said: "I was quite young when I had River. I was 19, which I do feel like is quite young.
"I don’t regret, like, doing anything because I’m quite happy with where I am now.”
Sophia gave birth to Athena almost two years later in January 2025.
She said: "When I had Athena, I was 21, which is a bit more older."
Sophia felt she was mature enough to become a mom at a young age.
The performer continued: "It’s obviously young to have kids, but I don’t really think there’s a right age to have kids as long as you’re ready and you’re mature enough, that’s all that matters."
Sophia's appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show made her "financially stable" enough to provide for a family.
She added: "If I wasn’t, like, I would have been struggling a lot. So, yeah, I’m blessed to have been in that situation."
In 2011, Sophia and Rosie were invited onto the chat show - which ended in May 2022 - after comedienne Ellen, 68, saw a video of them singing Nicki Minaj's Super Bass, which went viral on YouTube.
The duo donned pink tutus and tiaras when they regularly appeared on the programme.
Like Sophia, Rosie, 19, went on to have a music career.
