Kylie Jenner broke down in tears after showing her eight-year-old daughter Stormi episodes of Keeping Up with the Kardashians for the first time.

The 28-year-old star - who also has four-year-old son Aire with her ex Travis Scott - couldn't stop crying after she and Stormi watched some of the reality TV show’s early episodes together, after the youngster asked how Kylie, her sister Kendall Jenner, and the Kardashians became famous.

Speaking on the first episode of Kid Cudi's podcast, Big Bro with Kid Cudi, "I sat her down, and I’m like, 'We started a television show when I was a year older than you, and that’s why we’re all in this together.'

"She was like, 'Can I watch it?' And I’m like, 'Sure.'

"I was so emotional after. I don't know what hit me, but I was weeping in my bed.

"I don't know why that happened to me. "

Kylie was surprised she got emotional about watching the early KUWTK episodes, and she believes part of the reason could've been because she was a similar age to Stormi when she first filmed the reality TV show.

The star - who was nine years old when she started shooting Keeping Up with the Kardashians, and 10 years old when the series premiered - added: "I was just like maybe it's like my daughter being the same age as I was [or] just seeing my family and I'm just feeling so grateful for all that we've built, but also mourning that closeness when we were all kind of living under the same roof.

"It was very emotional. I didn't know it was going to hit me like that."

Kylie is already "really scared" about how fame might affect her daughter in years to come.

She said: "When Stormi turns 15, I don’t know how I’m going to handle it.

"We don’t know how [fame] is going to affect them, and it’s really scary.

For now, the star enjoys how her children keep her "grounded", because they have "no idea what’s going on in this world".

She said: "I have my family; I have my kids that I go home to that love me so much and have no idea what’s going on in this world.

"They definitely keep me grounded."

Last month, Kylie admitted she wants more kids.

She told Vanity Fair magazine: "In the last years of my 20s, I want to focus on just me, my businesses, my work, travelling with my kids, enjoying my kids, and then...

"I do want to have more kids..."
