Cara Delevingne finds sober sex "difficult".

The 33-year-old model and actress has been sober for four years after she ditched drink and drugs in 2022, and the star now believes she was seeking "love and validation through sex" prior to her sobriety.

She told Playboy magazine: "Sex sober after all of that is definitely difficult.

"It changes, but it's so much deeper and so much more emotional.

"I used to put a higher value on sex and validation from people.

"I used to think, 'Oh, I’m a pervert. I’m a really horny person.' But I think [I was] seeking love and validation through sex."

Cara has been dating musician Minke - whose real name is Leah Mason - since 2022, and she admits the pair are "very different" - but that is how she likes it.

The Paper Towns star added: "She’s a normie. I mean, she’s not sober, but she has a drink.

"We’re very different. I can’t date someone like myself, ever - I come with a lot of stuff."
