A man was arrested after allegedly firing shots outside Chris Brown's Los Angeles home on Friday afternoon (01.05.26).

Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) officers responded to the Tarzana neighbourhood at around 4.11pm following reports that the 35-year-old suspect allegedly fired at a woman's vehicle following an argument.

An LAPD Media Relations officer told Complex: "Yesterday around 4:11[P.M.], LAPD officers from the West Valley division responded to the 19600 block of Citrus Ridge Drive to reports of a shooting that had just occurred."

Dispatch audio obtained by TMZ captured officers being sent to the scene and a description of the male suspect, including what he wore at the time.

The outlet reported that LAPD officers interviewed the woman and the suspect, with the latter having claimed to authorities that the argument broke out when the woman refused to leave the area.

The male suspect also claimed to officers that the dispute escalated after the woman allegedly drove over his foot, which prompted him to allegedly fire shots with a "CO2-style weapon" at her vehicle.

The suspect was reportedly taken into custody at the scene and arrested on charges of assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm and vandalism.

It is unclear whether Chris, 36, was inside his multi-million dollar mansion at the time of the alleged "shooting".
