The 41-year-old comic was a hit during her turn as the first female solo host of a Golden Globes telecast in 2025 so was swiftly invited back for the 2026 ceremony, and after again winning praise for her stint at the helm in January's ceremony, organisers have confirmed she will be back to anchor the 84th edition in 2027.
Helen Hoehne, the president of the Golden Globes organiaation, said in a statement: “We are thrilled to welcome Nikki back to the Golden Globes stage in 2027.
“Her comedic precision, authenticity and ability to command the room is unmatched, and we can’t wait to see what she has up her sleeve for next year’s show.”
Meanwhile, Nikki joked she hopes her parents will be proud of her for retaining the hosting slot.
She quipped: “I’m thrilled to host the Golden Globes for a third time, not only because it’s the greatest gig I’ve ever had, but because my sister has three kids and now we will be equal in the eyes of my parents and the Lord.”
