Two more men have been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder, in relation to the death of Ian Watkins.
The former Lostprophets frontman - who was serving a 29-year sentence for a string of child sex offences - was fatally injured during an incident at HMP Wakefield in West Yorkshire on the morning of October 11th.
Rashid Gedel, 25, and 43-year-old Samuel Dodsworth have been charged over the killing, and they are on remand awaiting trial, but now two other men, who are aged 23 and 39, have been arrested.
West Yorkshire Police Detective Chief Inspector James Entwistle said: "Extensive enquiries remain ongoing in relation to the murder of Ian Watkins and these arrests form part of that.
"Ian Watkins' family are being updated as the investigation progresses.
"However, we do not anticipate any immediate developments at this stage."
The police added that both men are "in police custody and will be interviewed over the course of today, they will then be bailed and returned to prison while enquiries continue".
An inquest in Watkins' death is due to open on Friday (24.10.25) at Wakefield Coroner's Court.
Police and paramedics were called to the prison after the paedophile singer was reportedly ambushed and fatally injured after a knife attack.
Watkins was pronounced dead at the scene.
