5. "Big Five" Oscars


At the 1976 Academy Awards, it collected statuettes for Best Director (Milos Forman), Best Adapted Screenplay, Best Actor (Jack Nicholson), Best Actress (Louise Fletcher), and Best Picture, making it one of only three films to win all five awards.
