The couple - who married in 2023 - have taken to Instagram to share their first photograph as a family of three, which was taken from the back and saw the 34-year-old actor holding onto their newborn while they watched baseball on TV, with the trio all wearing Los Angeles Dodgers jerseys.
Suggesting the baby was born on 7 September, the joint post was captioned: "We took Labor Day literally this year [baby emoji] (sic)"
While the couple didn't share any further details about the baby, they had previously revealed they were expecting a girl.
Barbara recently spoke of how she started "spiralling" after gaining weight during her pregnancy.
Speaking on Dylan's new Wildmen podcast, the 32-year-old model said: “That scar came back where I was like, oh the number on the scale really going up super quick and my arms are getting bigger.
“You don’t have a bump yet, but your stomach is bigger, and your pants don’t fit. I started spiralling.
“This is when it’s important that you have a good partner. Dylan was there reminding me every single time that we’re creating life.”
Barbara admitted her anxiety about her changing figure came after more than 20 years working as a model and feeling constantly scrutinised about her shape.
She said: “I started when I was 13. By 17, every single time I would go into the agency, they would tell me I have to lose weight. My hips were too big. I didn’t even have hips yet.
“I’ve been already scarred from constantly getting comments on my body. From my agency - from the industry in general to lose weight. Lose weight, be skinnier, do this, do that. I was trying to do all that. I was dieting. I was eating unhealthy. I was going crazy ‘cause I would think like, ‘Oh my god, I'm in such a good shape.’”
Barbara received a boost when she landed a job with Victoria's Secret, but her feelings quickly changed.
She said: “I’m like, ‘F*** yeah, it's working out.' And then they put the label on me that, ‘Oh, she's the first plus-sized model.’”
The model insisted it isn't hurtful to be considered a plus-sized model, but she didn't view herself that way and had been "torturing" herself to fit into a conventional body type.
And when she did lose weight, Barbara faced even more criticism.
She said: “I started posting pictures and then I started getting comments, ‘Oh my god, why is she so skinny?’
“I get it in a sense like, I’m a public figure, I’m a model, so I am working with my body, so that should give them the right to comment on my body.
“But I never felt the need to comment on anyone’s body, or if I had nothing nice to say, I didn’t say, I just kept it to myself.”
