Jelly Roll joked he can "see [his] penis again" following his dramatic weight loss.

The Need a Favor hitmaker has undergone a dramatic body transformation, shedding almost 300lbs in the last few years, and the 41-year-old singer poked fun at his new physique while discussing concerns over President Donald Trump's size.

Speaking during his opening monologue while guest hosting Jimmy Kimmel Live, Jelly - whose real name is Jason DeFord - said: “After his last physical, we found out that Trump gained 14 pounds, which means he’s now tipping the scales at almost 240.

"It’s crazy. Think about this, y'all: In the last few years I’ve lost 300 pounds—that means I've lost an entire Donald Trump...Most of the country wants to do the same thing."

Jelly then had a message just for the president.

He added: "From one fat pig to another, take it from me that physical fitness is very important. Trust me, you’ll be happy to see your penis again."

Earlier this year, Jelly's ex-wife Bunnie Xo - who he divorced this summer after almost a decade of marriage - declared the star's penis had gotten "severely bigger" since he lost weight.

Speaking on The Howard Stern Show in February, the Dumb Blonde podcaster said: "I will tell you that it is very true that when a man loses weight, it grows a lot...

"He deserves to have a hot streak.

"He's getting his confidence back and he's peacocking around. He's got a little strut in his step, and I think it's just the cutest thing."

Jelly previously likened his overeating struggles to drug addiction.

He said in a video on his YouTube channel last month: "I've been overeating the last three or four days and I was feeling myself stress eating.

"And then, what else happened, was the addict in me came out."

The Son of a Sinner artist continued: "We had this show at this one spot and I love Thai catering and they have a dairy-free skillet cookie. I don't eat nothing like that. I'm, like, a drug addict. I can't eat that, because if I eat one, I eat two. I eat four.

"Later that night, I'm at the taco truck getting the peanut butter fluff. Next thing I know, we're at the rest stop and I'm looking for a chocolate bar.

"I'm like, 'Damn, I don't... that fast, went from now I've consumed 2,000 extra calories today that I didn't even see coming."

Jelly explained how one bad decision relating to food can lead to several days of consequences.

He said: "Then that breeds the last three days of having to really... Now I have to pay attention to it, cut it's like the taste of blood. Now it's going to take me a whole 'nother week to get that back completely out of my mouth. I can't have one anything, you know what I mean...

"What I learned is how you do anything is how you do everything. I'm like that with alcohol. I'm like that, I've never done, I've never done 'a shot'. I've never done 'a line' of cocaine. I've never smoked 'a joint'. You know what I mean?

"Either we're smoking all day, we're drinking all night, we’re doing coke. That shows it’s working for me. So it’s like, once I realised that was my thing with food, now I just have things that are… like that skillet cookie — I just don’t eat it.

"People are like, 'Oh, you can have one for a cheat meal.' I was like, 'You can have one for a cheat meal. I can’t.' You know what I’m saying? Cos it’ll, they might be a five-day food bender for me."
