'Surprise!' Sarah Ramos pregnant with first child with husband Matt Spicer
Parenthood actress Sarah Ramos and her husband Matt Spicer are expecting their first baby.
Sarah Ramos is expecting her first child with husband Matt Spicer.
The 34-year-old Parenthood actress has announced she is pregnant and revealed photos of her baby shower, which included puppies available for guests to adopt.
She wrote on Instagram: "Surprise! If you’re not surprised I’m pregnant, act like it!
"I have no good photos with the father of my child lol just a ton with the shower guests of honor: @thelabellefoundation puppies available for adoption!"
Sarah shared a photo of herself smiling in a white crop top showing off her growing baby bump surrounded by balloons, as well as a cake decorated with the words "Baby Spice".
In another snap, the Chicago Med star can be seen posing with a pregnant friend, writer Caroline Goldfarb, while a fourth photo shows her cuddling one of the puppies, with another seen in the background being held by a guest.
In the comments, Busy Philipps and Elle Fanning offered their congratulations, while Parenthood castmate Mae Whitman added: "Weeeeee congrats budge!"
Pauline Chalamet said: "PHOTO THREE MAKES ME SO HAPPY... also… i am surprised!!!!! (sic)"
Matt reposted his wife's baby bump photo on his Instagram Story, and soundtracked his post with JoJo hit Baby It's You.
He had previously made a post about upcoming Netflix film Little Brother, and he referenced that by writing over the picture of his wife: "Also coming soon."
Meanwhile, his sister Joanna appeared to reveal the couple are expecting a baby boy.
She wrote in her own post: "My nephew is in there!"
She added that her "other brother just had a baby", and so she's "about to be absolutely swimming in nephews."
Sarah and Matt tied the knot in October 2020, and she confirmed the news two months later in a heartfelt Instagram post.
The loved up couple posted in the back of a car after their nuptials in Las Vegas, which included an Elvis impersonator walking her down the aisle.
She wrote at the time: "Love is a wild thing. October 25, 2020. @elopeinlasvegas"
