Hailey Bieber reveals how she copes with fame
Rhode founder Hailey Bieber has explained how she deals with fame.
Hailey Bieber faces "a lot of judgement" in her life.
The 29-year-old model is married to pop star Justin Bieber and is the founder of the Rhode beauty brand - but Hailey admits that fame comes with some complications, too.
Speaking to TIME magazine, Hailey shared: "I just think being in this position in general, there's a lot of judgement. It does feel hard sometimes, having every single thing be looked at and picked apart."
Hailey has faced intense scrutiny for years now, but she's found an effective way of dealing with the online chatter.
Hailey - who has been married to Justin since 2018 and has a 20-month-old son, called Jack, with the pop star - said: "I need to live my life and continue to move forward regardless."
Hailey will turn 30 in November and she can't wait to reach the milestone.
The model said: "I say to my friends all the time: couldn't pay me to go back to being 20 for a day. There's nothing there for me. Can't wait to turn 30 and continue to see what's in store."
Meanwhile, Hailey recently revealed that she fears her son growing up in a "bleak" world.
The model admitted to feeling anxious about the current state of the world.
Hailey told Interview magazine: "That’s probably the most anxiety I have as a parent. The world he’s growing up in is very, very scary and it feels so bleak, thinking about the future, with how things are going. But I just have to close my eyes and have faith.
"As long as he’s growing up in an environment at home that’s really loving and beautiful, that’s all that I can hope for."
Despite this, Hailey is relishing the challenges of parenthood.
Asked what’s the most exciting thing about being a mom, Hailey - who has enjoyed huge success with her Rhode brand - replied: "Just seeing this little human evolve before your eyes.
"They grow so fast and they change so much and there’s always so much excitement. You’re watching them experience life for the first time, so you kind of feel like you’re experiencing it that way with them."
