Maya Hawke and Christian Lee Hutson have officially said “I do".

The Stranger Things star, 27, and the 35‑year‑old singer‑songwriter tied the knot in a romantic Valentine’s Day wedding in New York City on Saturday (14.02.26).

In photos obtained by People, Maya is seen wearing a classic white wedding dress topped with a winter coat, while Christian opted for a timeless tuxedo as they celebrated their big day.

As well as Maya's parents, Hollywood stars Ethan Hawke and Uma Thurman, the guest list included her Stranger Things co-stars Natalia Dyer, Joe Keery, Sadie Sink, Finn Wolfhard, Caleb McLaughlin, Gaten Matarazzo, and Charlie Heaton.

The pair’s relationship has long been intertwined with their creative lives. Christian confirmed their engagement last year while discussing his song Carousel Horses, revealing he worked on the track with his “fiancée” Maya. Their musical partnership continued into 2024, with Christian appearing on Maya’s album Chaos Angel.

The pair, who were first linked in 2023 after being spotted together in NYC, were friends long before they became romantically involved.

Maya previously told The Zach Sang Show about dating a pal: “I cannot recommend highly enough dating your friends. It’s the best. They know you, they understand that you’re a person and a human being that has dated other people who has dated them. Who has feelings and is a living, breathing human not just like a piece of paper to project image of perfect girlfriend onto.”

Meanwhile, Ethan recently revealed he urged his daughter to "move on" from Stranger Things following its finale.

The 55-year-old actor has been proud of Maya's work as Robin Buckley on the Netflix sci-fi horror hit, which recently ended with its fifth and final season, and he had some advice for her now that the show is over.

Speaking to Variety, he revealed he told her: "Time to move on. You got to do it, and move on. Don't look back."

The father-and-daughter duo worked together on the 2023 biopic drama Wildcat - based on the life of author Flannery O'Connor - which Ethan directed.

And, he's keen to act with Maya in the future.

He added: "Heck yeah, are you kidding me? I want to be with the star of Stranger Things!"
