The 28-year-old Euphoria actress paid tribute to the couple after they shared images on Instagram of their nuptials in California at the weekend.
The couple, who announced their engagement in December 2024, posted photos from a rehearsal dinner on Friday (26,09.25) night, with Selena, 32, seen wearing a white halter-neck gown by Ralph Lauren while Benny, 36, appeared in a black tuxedo.
The photographs, showing the pair strolling hand in hand at the Goleta estate, drew nearly five million likes within an hour.
Selena captioned the post: “Forever begins now.”
Benny added in the comments: “My wife in real life.”
Sydney and fellow actress Sabrina Carpenter, 25, were quick to press ‘like’ on the post, with additional tributes flooding in from stars across film, television and music.
Camila Cabello wrote: “Love looks good on you.”
Amy Schumer commented: “Breathtaking,” with a heart-eyed emoji.
Chef Gordon Ramsay added: “So happy for the both of you. Congrats! Gx.”
The official Instagram account for Only Murders in the Building, in which Selena stars as Mabel, posted: “Our Mabel is MARRIED.”
Media personality Taylen Biggs wrote: “I love you and so happy for you guys!!!” while Hulu’s account shared: “This is everything and more,” followed by a white heart emoji.
Rare Beauty, Selena’s cosmetics brand, added: “So beyond happy for you two.”
Preparations for Selena’s wedding took place at the 70-acre Sea Crest Nursery, where marquees, floral displays and fairy lights were set up.
According to the Daily Mail, Selena invested around $300,000 in security.
Guests stayed at the El Encanto Hotel before being driven in black Mercedes vans to the venue.
Among those attending were Taylor Swift, 35, who had promised to act as flower girl, as well as Martin Short, Eric André and Ed Sheeran’s manager Stuart Camp.
Taylor flew in from Kansas City on Friday and checked in at the Rosewood Miramar in Montecito.
Her fiancé Travis Kelce remained with the Kansas City Chiefs for their game against the Baltimore Ravens.
Selena and Benny first worked together on the 2019 single I Can’t Get Enough.
Their friendship later developed into a romance after collaborating on Selena’s 2023 hit Single Soon.
By December that year, Selena confirmed their relationship, writing of Benny: “(He is the) best thing that’s ever happened to me. The end.”
