The 33-year-old model and her 40-year-old businessman husband's first daughter, Rae Florence, was born on September 18, but he announced her arrival on Instagram on Saturday (20.09.25).
The investor - who has sons Levi, four, and Elijah, two, with Karlie - shared a photo of their newborn wrapped up in a striped hospital blanket, and wearing a tiny pink hat.
Joshua captioned the post with: "Rae Florence 9.18.2025 (sic)."
The couple - who got married in an intimate wedding in upstate New York, followed by a second wedding in Brush Creek Ranch, Saratoga, Wyoming, in 2018 - received congratulatory messages from their friends and family in the post's comments section.
NFL quarterback Tom Brady, 48, wrote: "Congratulations."
Karlie's sister Kristine Kloss left three two pink heart emojis.
And the five-time Grammy award-winning singer Michael Bublé, 50, left five red heart emojis.
Joshua and Karlie's fans also sent their well-wishes to the happy couple in the upload's comments section.
One user penned: "hooray!!! mazel tov x beautiful and special name xx (sic)."
A second follower said: "Congrats!! Hope everyone is healthy and happy.

On March 17, Karlie announced that her family would be expecting a new addition as she shared the joyous news via an Instagram photo carousel with the help of Levi and Elijah.
The post - which included images of Karlie holding Elijah, the model cradling her bump, and her two sons hugging each other - was captioned with: "Three’s a party."
And on July 27, Karlie uploaded another Instagram photo carousel - which featured snaps from her maternity photo shoot of her showing off her stomach and playing with Levi and Elijah - and revealed the sex of her and Joshua's third child.
She captioned the post with: "Countdown to baby girl with my favorite boys."
