Tamra Judge has sparked speculation she has quit 'The Real Housewives of Orange County'.

The 57-year-old star took to her Instagram Story on Sunday (03.09.25) with a cryptic post about not being in the right head space to do reality television when she has "real problems" going on and declared: "I'm out.”

She wrote: "It was a long run!

"When life gives you real problems, this reality s*** doesn't make sense."

"Peace out. I'm out."

An insider told PEOPLE that Tamra had been filming a cast trip to New Orleans with fellow Housewives Shannon Storms Beador, Heather Dubrow, Gina Kirschenheiter, Emily Simpson, Jennifer Pedranti and Katie Ginella.

Tamra first appeared on the Bravo series in 2008 and quit in 2020 and resumed her real estate career. She returned in 2023 for season 17.

The 2024 ‘Traitors’ contestant is a fan-favorite on the show and is known for her hot-blooded personality.

Over the years, she has documented the highs and lows of her relationships, including her marriage and divorce to second spouse Simon Barney,

Her current husband, Eddie Judge, featured in the spin-off ‘Tamra’s OC Wedding’ and she has also appeared in ‘Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip’.

Tamra is responsible for the first wine toss of the programme and has had many fiery feuds with her cast mates.

She also runs the podcast ‘Two Ts In A Pod’, with former ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ cast member Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave.

However, Teddi is currently on a break from the podcast to focus on her health.

The 43-year-old star recently underwent surgery to have tumors removed from her brain.

Over the weekend, she revealed she had received the green light from her doctors to return to horseback riding.

She wrote on her Instagram Story: "I am feeling great and got approval from my doctors to ride today. This makes my heart and soul happy. If I see you at the show today and you have the urge to try to tell me not to I kindly ask you refrain. I unknowingly rode with huge tumors in my brain for 6 months and those big ones are gone now.
