Jacqui's romance with Graham was revealed amid her 2020 Strictly stint, when she partnered then-professional dancer Anton Du Beke, 60, in season 18.
Jacqui - who was Britain’s first female Home Secretary - was Anton's last celebrity partner, before he joined the judging panel for the 19th series.
During the series - which ran for just nine weeks instead of the usual 13, due to the coronavirus pandemic - Jacqui was eliminated first after losing the dreaded dance-off to 37-year-old former Made in Chelsea star Jamie Laing.
He went on to be one of the runners-up in the series with his 44-year-old professional dance partner, Karen Hauer.
Jacqui has two sons, James and Michael, with her ex-husband Richard Timney, 63, but the pair announced their split in January 2020 after 33 years of marriage.
