Patrick Schwarzenegger “would have kids tomorrow”.

The 31-year-old actor son of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver was first linked to his fiancée Abby Champion, 27, in 2015, and after getting engaged in December 2023 they are planning to marry next year.

Patrick has now told People about how he can’t wait to start a family with the fashion model – but is leaving the timing in the hands of his partner: “It’s up to Abby. I mean, with her work right now, she’s so busy and stuff.

“(So) I don’t know (about timings) – but I would have kids tomorrow if I could.”

Patrick is set to star in the third series of ‘The White Lotus’, and added when asked by People how the plans for his and Abby’s big day are progressing: “Slowly but surely. I was gone the last seven months in Thailand (filming ‘The White Lotus’) so we really didn’t do anything.”

He added about how he is also leaving the details of the nuptials to his bride-to-be: “I’m just, whatever she wants. I’m just there to help out and make it happen.”

Patrick recently told GQ about his part in the wedding plans: “As I’ve learned, the role is just to make sure that she’s happy, just whatever she wants to do.

“I'm happy to give my opinion on things, and otherwise I’m just there to support her and make it so that she has the best day that she wants. That’s really my job.”

The actor also thanked Abby and his famous family for leading him to land his role in the new ‘White Lotus’ season, telling the magazine: “It’s something that me and my family and Abby (watched) each and every Sunday when it was out for the first and second season, especially during Covid.

“It was funny because every time we would watch it, my family would always just say, ‘Why didn’t you audition for this show? Why aren’t you in this? This role would’ve been perfect for you, blah, blah, blah.’

“Finally, when I got the audition for this, it was like, ‘Okay, I got to nail this. I got to get this.’”
