The former Little Mix singer - who has five-year-old twin daughters with husband Andre Gray and is pregnant with their third child - admitted her time on the show helped her accept herself for who she is, and it also made her more resilient.

Asked what she'd learned from the show, she said: "I've learned that it's okay to be me. I think I obviously have been in a group for over 12 years, and I'm a solo artist now.

"For me, the last couple years have been about finding myself, and I just feel really grateful that I got to go in that castle and just be me and do that, and regardless of these bigger characters, I think I was accepting of who I am and loving that.

"Then also I think I’ve learnt resilience - this is not an easy game, it's hard and intense, and people get immersed, and at that Round Table it can get heated and you're like fighting for your life. I feel really proud of myself the way I handled it."

Leigh-Anne had hoped to be chosen as a Traitor but ultimately felt much happier as a Faithful as she thinks having to lie without being caught would have been much harder than she initially thought.

She said: "It's so funny because I came into this wanting to be a Traitor, only because I felt like I would have been better at being a Traitor than a Faithful, which is interesting, because I found it really hard, working out who the Traitors were - it's really not an easy thing to do, piecing everything together.

"So I thought being a Traitor, I could just be myself and act like a Faithful. But actually now, having played the game, absolutely not! Having to remember a lie, and not getting caught out, I just don't think was for me. I feel like I was always supposed to be a Faithful, and if I was to get recruited, if it was a seduction, I probably would have said no."

One of the more memorable moments of the series was Big Mix, when Leigh-Anne taught Miranda Hart some raunchy dance moves, and she's keen to get the comic involved in her music career in the future.

She said: "Oh my gosh, 100% I would love Miranda to duet with me at some point!"
