Jason Manford's brother Colin auditions for BGT

Jason Manford's brother auditioned for Britain's Got Talent.
Colin performed a stand-up routine at Blackpool's Winter Gardens this week in the hope to impress judges Amanda Holden, 55, Alesha Dixon, 48, KSI, 33, and guest Bradley Walsh, 66, and get his big break like 45-year-old comedian Jason.
A TV insider told The Sun newspaper's Bizarre column: "Colin was a surprise contestant at this week's live auditions, and he did an amazing stand-up routine.
"He's been on the northern comedy circuit for years, so is a well-known face. But he never managed to break through like Jason."
Colin's act reportedly went down a storm, and it "looks like he's going to go far" on the ITV competition.
The source added: "As soon as the judges realised he was Jason's brother, they got so excited.
"Bradley immediately said he would be getting on the phone to Jason to say how well he did.
"Comedy clearly runs in the family. Colin was hilarious."
Bradley replaced Simon Cowell, 67, after he pulled out from the auditions at Blackpool's Winter Gardens due to a back operation, and his guest stint was a huge success, posing a threat to the music mogul's judging seat.
The Chase presenter relished the experience, leaving Amanda in stitches with his one-liners, receiving a standing ovation from the crowd after singing Frank Sinatra's That’s Life during a break in filming, with KSI jokingly pressing the golden buzzer that grants competitors a place in the semi-final.
And a source warned that Simon "might want to hurry back before Bradley makes himself too comfortable".
They added to The Sun newspaper's TVBiz column: "Simon might be sweating when he sees just how good Bradley is in his chair. He seemed a little nervous at first but soon looked like he’d been running the show for years.
"He had Amanda in hysterics with his one-liners and even kept telling the audience off for shouting out while he was talking.
"Amanda thought it was hilarious because she knows the BGT crowd is notoriously impossible to tame. But Bradley was having none of it. He was the boss."
Bradley's experience and generosity shone through at the auditions when he gave an aspiring comedian a proper introduction, just what they would receive at a comedy club.
The insider continued: "Bradley’s been in the business for 40 years, he knows how tough it is to be on the other side of this, so has been helping the acts get the best out of this opportunity.
"He’s brought a different energy to the panel. Simon might want to hurry back before Bradley makes himself too comfortable."
