Coleen Nolan joked her hips are "probably better" since she struck up a romance with her toyboy lover.
The 61-year-old TV personality and 41-year-old Ryan Brockbank, a lecturer at the Fashion Retail Academy, hard launched their relationship on Instagram last week, and they have been enjoying spending time together.
She told the new issue of Closer magazine: "My hips are not what they used to be, to be honest - but they are probably better now I've met Ryan. They absolutely are!"
The Loose Women panellist met Ryan after she failed to find love on E4's Celebs Go Dating earlier this year.
Speaking about being rejected by her dates, Coleen said: "My ego was on the floor. It was mortifying when people did not put their hands up [if they wanted you]. It was a bit humiliating, but you've got to take it.
"It is transparent, and you learn along the way."
Coleen and Ryan are said to have been dating for the past few months and enjoyed a recent romantic getaway together.
Earlier this month, the hunk and the singer were spotted walking arm-in-arm while she supported her sisters Anne, 75, Denise, 74, and Maureen, 72, in their show, An Afternoon with the Nolans, in Blackpool.
And last week, the pair went Instagram official with a loved-up shot of themselves.
The I'm in the Mood for Dancing hitmaker captioned the post: "R," with a red heart emoji.
A source recently told The Sun: "Coleen is pretty smitten with Ryan. She talks about him all the time – her kids know about him and things are moving pretty fast.
"He’s very creative and a dad himself, so they have lots in common.
"She learnt about herself and dating when she did Celebs Go Dating and has really applied it to the real world."
Coleen's latest romance comes two years after she split from supermarket logistics manager Michael Jones.
The Celebrity Big Brother 2017 winner was previously married to EastEnders star Shane Richie, 62, from 1990 until 1999, and they have sons Shane Jr., 37, and 33-year-old Jake.
She and guitarist Ray Fensome were hitched from 2007 until 2018, and they have a 25-year-old daughter named Ciara.
