The 45-year-old actress - who played Chardonnay Lane-Pascoe in the ITV drama - and Raphael Bar tied the knot during a beautiful countryside ceremony, surrounded by loved ones, on July 17, and she revealed the joyous news on Instagram a month later.
In pictures posted on the social media platform, Susie stunned in a floor-length white lace wedding gown, which featured a plunging neckline and a long train. She held a soft pale and cream bouquet, made up of large blooms and smaller white flowers and greenery.
Raphael looked handsome in his sage-green suit, paired with a crisp white shirt. He had a small boutonniere, which matched the Hollyoaks alum's bouquet, pinned to the left lapel of his suit.
Meanwhile, their daughters, Noa and Rosie, looked adorable in their white dresses as they held on to small wicker baskets.
Susie captioned the sweet upload: "17/07."
Fans rushed to the post's comments section to congratulate the newlyweds - who did not announce their engagement - as one penned: "Amazing. Congratulations darling. You look stunning as always. Wishing you both much love and comfort and happiness and truth for many many years (sic)."
A second supporter typed: "Oh congrats Suzy, he’s a lucky man having all you girls. You are a Class Act. Wishing you happiness and health forever x (sic)."
And a third follower wrote: "Beautiful couple! Huge Congratulations!! (sic)"
Susie and Raphael have been a couple since 2018, and they welcomed Noa into the world in January the following year.
She posted an adorable shot of herself cradling her newborn in her hospital bed when the tot was just a few hours old on her Instagram account, with the caption: "Our beautiful daughter Noa Liberty Jane Bar was born on the 17 January at 1.26am weighing 9 pounds 2oz.
"We utterly adore her - super cuddles from only a few hours old. (sic)"
In October 2020, Susie gave birth to Rosie.
She wrote on Instagram: "Feeling so lucky to welcome our second little girl. Born 19/10/20 at 9.22pm weighing 8 pounds 9 oz. Our little flower Rosie Iris Grace Bar (sic)."
Susie played Chardonnay Lane-Pascoe, the wife of Kyle Pascoe (Gary Lucy) in Footballers' Wives, which ran from 2002 until 2006.
In 2018, she and Gary, 44, reunited, playing former couple Luke and Scarlett Morgan in the Channel 4 soap, Hollyoaks.
According to The Mirror, Susie said of working with Gary again: "I adore him - we’ve got amazing memories of working together in the past - and it’s such a joy to get to work together again, with a totally different character dynamic this time.
"He hasn’t changed a bit!"
Susie - whose character has a son named Ollie with Luke - appeared in Hollyoaks from January to April 2018, and she made a guest appearance in July 2022.
