Olivia Attwood's sister was rushed to hospital and underwent emergency surgery while on a brand trip in Miami.
Georgia's time in the South Florida city with the Love Island alum was cut short as she needed to have her fifth surgery for endometriosis.
It is a condition where cells similar to the lining of the uterus grow in other parts of the body.
On Tuesday (11.08.26), she shared a video montage showing clips of her recovering in hospital with a stuffed animal, curled up on a sofa with her dogs, and displaying scars from past surgeries, alongside happier moments of Georgia horse riding, spending time with Olivia, and enjoying a holiday with her husband.
The upload's caption read: "Some of you know I’ve battled endo for years. Recently, symptoms I’d been pushing through turned critical during an opportunity I had to attend an incredible trip with @spacenk with my sister - I ended up hospitalized for 5 days in Miami (I watched the whole thing on insta with you guys. Shout out to the amazing PR team from space who literally could not have been kinder) (sic)."
Georgia said the endometriosis "had spread into my bowel" and was "causing a blockage, with lesions fusing it to my pelvic wall".
The beauty added: "Learning how far it had progressed despite all the previous surgery was devastating. I’m lucky to have had an incredible surgeon and a successful outcome - but recovery isn’t linear."
Georgia urged women with endometriosis to keep sharing their stories to raise awareness and drive change.
She said: "Instagram shows the highlight reel of life. What it doesn’t show is how hard I push to keep showing up - and the hard days that come after. I know so many women with endo carry that same quiet resilience.
"Someone said to me recently, 'so many people have endo now.' That’s not true - the same number of people have always had it.
"What’s changed is that brave people are sharing their stories, and organisations like @theendometriosisfoundation are advocating loudly. That’s what moves research, healthcare systems, and governments to act.
"No patient voices, no change. So if you’re comfortable to do so - keep sharing. Keep the pressure up. Change is happening, and it’s because of every one of you. (sic)"
Olivia, 35, reshared Georgia's post on her Instagram Stories, and penned over the upload: "So proud of you. Strongest person I know x (sic)."
Olivia also left multiple red-heart emojis in the post's comments section, where fans gave their love and support to Georgia.
One penned: "Thank you so much for spreading awareness. Sending so much love from one endo sister to another (sic)."
A second supporter typed: "You are so strong!! Remember that. I’m a fellow Endo warrior here with you. We stand together xxxxx (sic)."
And a third follower wrote: "Forever proud of you. The most special and strong human. Love you."
