David Potts stuns fans with slimmer than ever look
David Potts has lost five stone, which marks the halfway point in his mission to lose 10 stone.
David Potts has stunned fans with his dramatic new look after he shed five stone.
The Celebrity Big Brother 2024 winner admitted he "steered off track plenty of times" but "pushed through" to reach his slimmer weight, which marks the halfway point in his mission to lose 10 stone.
David - who is on a calorie-deficient diet - took to Instagram on Sunday (02.08.26) and posted before and after shots to highlight his body transformation.
The before picture showed him in a gym dressed in a black top and shorts, white socks and trainers, while the after photo captured the visibly thinner Celebs Go Dating alum in a room wearing a white blazer with loafers.
David, 33, captioned the upload: "OMG!!! 5 STONE DOWN I actually cannot believe I’m writing this!
"The amount of times I’ve tried to lose weight and sacked it off when I’ve gotten to 4 stone is crazy. But this time I pushed through.
"I still have a long way to go and it’s taken longer than I wanted, but I’ve got there.
"So much thanks to @nuffieldhealth_bolton for providing the vibes and a massive shoutout to my coach @floydtransform for pushing me and being there to guide me in the right direction.
"Even though I steered off track plenty of times, and will probably do many more times. But as w**** as it sounds. This is a journey and it’s going to take time and I deserve little treats too! (sic)"
David's fans were amazed by his slimmer build as they reacted to the before and after images in the post's comments section.
One penned: "Omg you look absolutely beautiful @davidpottsx. I'm so proud of you (sic)."
A second supporter typed: "Wow wow wow look at you slay skinny queen! (sic)"
And a third follower wrote: "Flipping hell gurl. Looking snatched (sic)."
In March 2024, David revealed how he has lost weight.
The Ibiza Weekender cast member said on Instagram: "For everyone wanting to know how I’ve done it. I’m no dietitian or PT, but I try and go to the gym six days a week and eat 1700 calories!
"Then one day I do zero exercise and eat whatever the F I want! It seems to be working for me."
David kick-started his weight loss journey in October 2020 to "just be a healthier person".
He added to Fubar Radio: "I want to look nicer in myself. I don't look in the mirror and think that I look disgusting; I just think I want a healthier lifestyle."
