The Celebrity Big Brother 2024 winner is proud of his figure's transformation - achieved with a much healthier lifestyle - as his mission to drop 10 stone continues.
David - who kick-started his weight loss journey in October 2020 - shared before and after shots of his frame to Instagram on March 1, and captioned the post: "4 STONE DOWN BABY.
"I’m gunna be dodging grids soon. It has not been easy with my busy schedule but I’m making it work the best I can.
"For anyone wondering how I’m doing it. It’s literally eating healthier and exercising! (sic)"
The Ibiza Weekender alum - who is on a calorie-deficient diet - lauded Gabriel Floyd, an online transformation coach, for keeping him motivated to shift the pounds.
David, 32, continued: "A massive thank you to @floydtransform for keeping me motivated and pushing me I deffo couldn’t do this without you!
"I know it’s not always about the scales. Even seeing these pictures just blow me away like… I’m getting snatched. Anyone looking to change themselves then make sure you reach out to him @floydtransform (sic)."
Gabriel praised David's efforts in the post's comments section, penning: "Amazing work mate and we’re still going - 2026 is going to be [rocket emoji]."
David's impressive progress has made him even more determined to lose the remaining six stone.
His fans were amazed by his slimmer build as they reacted to the before and after shots in the post's comments section.
One person typed: "Wow!!!! You are absolutely smashing it!! Soooooo proud of you baby!!!!!! (sic)"
A second user wrote: "Absolutely buzzing for you . You’ve done amazing + it shows . Well done you (sic)."
And a third supporter left: "You look gorgeous slayyyy (sic)."
A few days after his weight-loss reveal, David returned to Instagram and posted a clip of him lip-syncing a meme voiceover as he acted shocked about shedding another two pounds.
Meanwhile, the star is hoping to charm some men on the upcoming new series of Celebs Go Dating.
David did the E4 show in 2019, and although he admits he is "really picky" when it comes to men, the TV personality hopes it will be second time lucky.
David - who crushes on actors Channing Tatum, 45, and 38-year-old Zac Efron - said: "I am so excited to be rejoining the agency again eight years later.
"I feel like I’ve grown a lot as a person, and I’m so excited to go into it all guns a blazin!
"Agents, it’s time to find me a husband!"
