Paris Fury 'seriously considering' Strictly Come Dancing after being 'offered big money'
Paris Fury has turned down Strictly Come Dancing previously, but now feels ready to do the show, according to reports.
Paris Fury is reportedly "seriously considering" taking part in the upcoming series of Strictly Come Dancing.
The 36-year-old author is said to have been "offered big money" to appear on the BBC Latin and Ballroom dance competition, a show she is believed to have previously turned down multiple times.
And Paris may see the programme as a chance to show people that there is more to her than just being the wife of 37-year-old boxer Tyson Fury.
A source told the new issue of Heat magazine: "Strictly producers have wanted to sign Paris up for a few years.
"She's said no more than once, but the latest offer is on another level. She's apparently top of their wish list and has been offered big money.
"The timing has never been right before, with the kids being so young, but this feels like the moment, and Paris is giving it serious thought.
"She sees it as a chance to do something just for her. She's spent a long time being known as 'Tyson's wife,' and she's ready to show people there's a lot more to her than that."
In 2023, Paris revealed she was asked to do ITV's Australia-based jungle survival show, I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! five days after welcoming her and Tyson's seventh child into the world.
However, the businesswoman turned it down because her priority was her family and she did not want to leave her daughters Venezuela, 16, Valencia, eight, and Athena, four, and sons Prince John James, 15, Prince Tyson Fury II, 10, Prince Adonic Amaziah, seven, and Prince Rico, two, for almost a month.
But doing Strictly Come Dancing means Paris will not be too far away from her loved ones.
The source said: "Paris turned I'm A Celeb down - that was never going to happen. Nearly a month in the jungle away from the children? That's not her.
"But Strictly's different - it's filmed in the UK, and she thinks she can actually make it work."
Paris and Tyson have been married since 2008, and they are said to have "laughed off" the Strictly curse - a phenomenon where celebrities and professional dancers develop romances on the show, which leads to real-life relationship breakdowns.
The source went on: "Paris and Tyson are rock solid, and he's never been the type of person to hold her back from doing anything."
Paris hopes that Strictly Come Dancing could give her a career boost.
The source said: "Strictly could be the exact platform she needs to take her career to the next level."
Strictly Come Dancing 2026 starts in September, and the names already confirmed are EastEnders icon Lacey Turner, 38, Neighbours alum Delta Goodrem, 41, Love Island alums Dani Dyer, 29, who withdrew from the 2025 series due to an ankle injury, and Cach Mercer, 25, celebrity hairstylist Chris Appleton, 43, Paralympian Dame Sarah Storey, 48, and 41-year-old Big Brother host Will Best.
The BBC will announce more contestants in due course.
