Gemma Collins has claimed £7,000 was taken from her account in an alleged hack.

On Monday (15.06.26), The Only Way Is Essex legend begged her Instagram followers for help on how she can retrieve the cash.

Gemma, 45, penned: "Recently ! @playstationuk @playstation took 7k from my account via a hacker which I have yet not had any response and like all these companies it’s very difficult to get to speak to anyone !

"Any advice on this guys ??? What we all thinking? Can someone please give advice on what i can do to get my 7k back (sic)."

The reality TV icon's frustration over allegedly losing £7,000 formed part of her caption reacting to 63-year-old Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer's announcement that the UK Government will ban under-16s from TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms by spring 2027.

Gemma said: "Today I give credit where credit is due and I wouldn’t normally to KIER !

"But today he’s walked the walk and put his money where his mouth is !!!! So for this I give him KUDOS … which I would not normally do ! (sic)"

The I'm A Celebrity...South Africa 2026 campmate's alleged hack ordeal comes a week after her mum was rushed to hospital with pneumonia.

On June 8, Gemma told her fans how she has struggled to sleep as she is worried about Joan's battle with the infection, which inflames the lungs and can be fatal for infants, younger children, older adults, and people with weak immune systems and underlying health conditions.

The Celebrity Big Brother 2016 star took to her Instagram Stories and posted a shot of Joan in her hospital bed, telling fans that she is on the mend.

The picture was captioned: "Sending my mummy so much love she has caught Pneumonia but she is doing well thank you to all the wonderful nurses and doctors for looking after her.

"Still looking glam mummy. (sic)"

In a second story, Gemma added: "Was lovely to have a laugh with her today no day is ever promised couldn't sleep last night at all with worry. (sic)"

And in a third slide, she posted a video of Joan during a shopping trip, and Gemma prayed: "Please god we will be back together soon shopping. (sic)"

In December 2025, Joan was admitted to Broomfield Hospital, Chelmsford, Essex, after contracting pneumonia.

But she made a recovery after five weeks.
