Ashley Roberts and Sinitta have failed to make it to the final of I'm A Celebrity... South Africa.

The Pussycat Dolls singer was the first to be axed from the camp on Wednesday's (22.04.26) episode after being the slowest campmate to finish the tricky Keys to Success trial, clocking a time of 11 minutes and 23 seconds to complete the challenge, a stark contrast to Sir Mo Farah's time of 36 seconds.

Ashley admitted she was "gutted" not to make it to the end.

She told hosts Ant and Dec: “In my head, I knew that was challenging and tough but y’all stepped it up a few notches. It was wild. But I was just like, ‘I can get through this, I wanna make it to the end’.

“But unfortunately Mo did his puzzle in 36 seconds and you could’ve gone to the fridge, made a snack, had a cup of tea, phoned a friend and I was still there.

“I loved them all; everyone had their own magic. I feel really lucky being through this crazy experience with the group that I had.

“It’s really tough [this time] guys. The challenges and trials are really tough. It wasn’t just one eyeball, it wasn’t just one smoothie. Craig did, what was it, 30 shots of blood and guts and brains? That’s a lot of shots, We’re not in Ibiza! he’d be floored.”

And Sinitta's co-stars voted for her to leave following her dismal display in the Dragged Through Hell trial, saving her partner Craig Charles.

After shouting "I'm A Celebrity.., Get Me Out of Here!" to quit the trial, she reflected: “I have been kicking myself cos I just think now I should have just kept trying.

“A lot of it was bravado, I was like ‘I’m going to win, I’m going to do this, I’m going to do that’, but the truth is, I was terrified. Forcing myself to do it.

“I was tired of being scared because I’ve been scared of stuff all my life. I’ve learned that I’m someone that has a good game face. I put on this thing that I’m a strong person and I’m a calm person, I’m okay."

This leaves Craig, Scarlett Moffatt, Sir Mo Farah, Adam Thomas and Harry Redknapp as the final five, with them all set to tackle Celebrity Cyclone.

Dec said: “It’s bigger, it’s badder, but I think we’ve got a good five to take it on.”

Former Queen of the Jungle Scarlett was delighted to make it through to the final.

She said: “I’m just so happy for us all. It’s been hard, we’ve had highs we’ve had lows but the fact that we’re the fantastic five makes it all worthwhile."
