Judi Love "fell asleep several times" on the set of Celebrity Sabotage.

The 45-year-old comedienne felt knackered as she, her Loose Women co-panellist GK Barry, 26, Made in Chelsea alum Sam Thompson, 33, and comic Joel Dommett, 40, waited to hijack the success of unsuspecting contestants on ITV game shows - which are actually fake.

Judi told BANG Showbiz and assembled media at the Celebrity Sabotage press day on February 9: "I took advantage and fell asleep several times."

Joel then explained: "Judi was dressed as a cleaner and she was in this little toilet cubicle.

"There was some hold up, because we always had to wait for the contestants, so we had to wait for the right moment to do to the sabotage.

"We were all waiting, and then Judi just fell asleep in a toilet. We were weirdly all just still watching."

The foursome's task is to sabotage unsuspecting members of the public who think they are taking part in ITV game shows - which are actually fake.

These include Rylan Clark, 37, presenting The Backstabs, inspired by The Traitors, former Dragons' Den investor Sara Davies, 41, fronting The Applicant, based on The Apprentice, as well as Matt Willis, 42, and Emma Willis, 49, hosting Couple Goals.

The more times Judi, GK, Sam and Joel pull off pranks whilst remaining undetected, they add more money to the jackpot, which is then shared amongst the contestants at the end of each episode.

And Joel felt bad about being a prankster on Celebrity Sabotage.

He admitted: "I'm quite a softie, I've been brought up to be a nice boy. Even though it is funny, I just feel so rude.

"You do all these things to people, and you feel really bad, but ultimately you've got to think that you win them money at the end.

"And that reveal, even though it's so fun the whole thing, the reveal where they found out they win the money... every single episode it took us by surprise. Loads of tears, people telling us what they're going to do with the money.

"There's a real heart to this show. I think we knew it was gonna have that, but I think it's bigger than we thought it was gonna be and adds an extra element. It just has a real heart."

Celebrity Sabotage starts on Saturday at 8pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
