TV presenter Amanda Holden has admitted she's refusing to ditch her sexy outfits for Britain's Got Talent despite previously suffering a backlash over her revealing looks - insisting she has "way more courage now" and doesn't have "time for negativity".

The 55-year-old TV presenter is returning to the small screen this week with the latest series of Simon Cowell's TV talent show and Amanda has insisted her saucy costumes will remain a part of the series - declaring the "only change" is that she cares less about other people's opinions.
She told The Sun newspaper: "Of course there will be side boob, leg and anything else that I can get out. The only change is that I care less these days about what anyone thinks of me.
"I’m surrounded by like-minded people who have good energy. I don’t have time for negativity."
One of Amanda's plunging dresses previously sparked hundreds of viewer complaints to media watchdog Ofcom after she wore it on the family show back in 2017, but the TV star is adamant she will continue to wear whatever she wants.
She added: "I call it self-preservation. I have no rule book with fashion - I encourage everyone to wear whatever makes them feel good.
"You’ll never see me without a heel, a lash and a bit of lippy, and that’s because I want to, not because I feel I have to.
"I perhaps have way more courage now than I did before - there is no holding me back!"
It comes after Amanda's fellow BGT judge Alesha Dixon recently admitted she feels part of a "dysfunctional family" on the show, admitting there is "never a dull moment".
Speaking to Ben Shephard and Angela Scanlon on This Morning, Alesha said of when she first signed up for the show: "Amanda phoned me up and said, 'Right, we're going to get together,' and we made a pact to always have each other's backs and to be role models.
"We've both got daughters, we both have strong female friendships. You know how important those female friendships are.
"I think from day one we just connected, and our friendship has really grown."
Alesha also has a close bond with fellow BGT judge Simon Cowell, and praised him as a "great guy".
She added: "We were born on the same day, so we're Libran. Very competitive.
"I love him, what a great guy. He's just so funny, so naughty. We're so lucky we've got this great chemistry, and over the years that has built and built. We are a very dysfunctional family at this point."
