Dani Dyer would "love another shot" at Strictly Come Dancing.

The 29-year-old reality star would jump at the chance to return to BBC One's Strictly Come Dancing after her ballroom dreams were cut short by injury.

The former Love Island winner was forced to withdraw from the Latin and ballroom contest before the live shows last year after fracturing her foot in training. Dani had been preparing to compete alongside professional dancer Nikita Kuzmin, but never made it to the famous Strictly ballroom.

Reflecting on the setback, Dani admitted it was “heartbreaking” to bow out before viewers even got to see her perform.

Appearing on The Jonathan Ross Show, she said: “I’d love to do it again. If they rang me, I’d answer the phone. I was devastated. It was hell for me when I hurt my foot, I was so sad.”

After Dani’s withdrawal, singer and former Love Island star Amber Davies stepped in as her replacement. Amber went on to impress the judges throughout the competition and made it all the way to the final.

The Jonathan Ross Show airs Saturday nights on ITV1 and ITVX.

Recently, she was crowned joint winner of Channel 4's brutal military endurance show Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins alongside Gabby Allen and Emily Seebohm.

Dani admitted it was the “hardest experience” of her life.

Speaking in a video posted to her Instagram Stories, she said: “SAS is obviously on tonight at nine o'clock.

“This is one show I’ve been absolutely really excited for you all to see, but also petrified because it was one of the hardest experiences of my entire life.”

Even so, Dani - who is the daughter of EastEnders legend Danny Dyer, 48 - insisted she would appear on the show again if she was given the opportunity.

She added: “I'd love to do it again, this is one of those things I'd love to do again and be a lot more headstrong, and a lot more ... not a wimp.

“But do you know what? It was great and, yeah, I hope you all enjoy it.”
